I seem to be having a serious problem with the bios on my pc. From my old setup iv not changed out the hdd and my new motherboard has an onboard bios and the two are causing conflicts with the pc sometimes loading from the old bios and causing the pc not to function at all is there any way to uninstall my old bios from the hard drive to remove the conflict or will i have to totaly wipe the hard drive and reinstall everything from scratch

If you have changed motherboards but did not reinstall the OS then you will have problems. You need to do a fresh install of the OS when you change motherboards.

The BIOS is part of the motherboard, but the OS on the hard drive is still configured for the old motherboard. The way to correct that is to save your data, wipe the hard drive and reinstall the OS.
