Now this might be a weird question considering how old this game is (2003) but recently i felt like going back and playing it since i have a lot of memories with the game, now what happens is the loading screen take forever so i got told to put it into compatibility mode of windows 95/me so i did, the game loads mega fast but now i have a different bug i cant find an answer to, whenever i drive inside a car and hop a little on a little bump my car shoots out like from a slingshot forwards making the game hard to play since a lot of it is driving, any help/suggestions?

Can you check the frame rate, some older games used frame rates to control other in game features and a super high frame rate would lead to strange behavior.
You should be able to enable vsync in your video cards control panel. That would lock the frame rates at 60 on most screens.
