Buffalo External Drive Wont Power On

I actually contacted Buffalo and they walked thru the trouble shooting with me. Its a dual drive- so they had me remove one drive. Fortunately the other drive did allow the system to power on and my drive mounted on my Mac. I will offload the data and they will send me a replacement. Good customer service! Thanks anyway. Hope this might help someone else.
