The Asus website doesn't have the chipset drivers for my motherboard?

I just got the Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 motherboard and plan to build a PC with it, but when I go to the Asus webpage for that mobo, select Support -> Drivers and tools and then select Windows 8.1 64bit from the menu it comes up with all the drivers except the chipset. What does this mean and what do I do? Do I need to install the drivers from the disc supplied with the motherboard (I was planning on downloading it to a USB and then installing it on my PC when it is built)?

Here is a link to the webpage: http://www.asus.com/uk/Motherboards/M5A97_EVO_R20/HelpDesk_Download/
