A Radeon R9-280X - needs 40 amps on the 12v+ rail and a 550 watt power supply with 1 - 6 pin and 1 - 8 pin PCIE power connection.

Thanks blackbird, I received my xfx ts 550w now everything is fine again. now i get why my screen kept flickering and stuff.

I think i was too quick with my assumptions......
i still got the flickering on my screen is this a malfunction from the videocard?

Sounds like a card issue to me.

Check all your connections also.
