Hello, I have a CORSAIR CX series CX430 430W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply and I just moved and I plugged my computer in and.started playing some games and the next thing I know I hear a spark and my computer shuts off I unplug it because I smell fire to make sure it's not going to catch fire once the smell went away I plug it back in and it will not turn on I think it's the psu but I want to make sure before i go and buy a new one how can I test the psu and my mother bored to be safe ?

Solution
i had two gigabyte mobo and the both exploded in my face for nothing...
we never know , check if you can see any burned spot on the mobo ( check carefully and precisly )

I see no spots on the mobo and the psu dose not smell it was a while ago that this happened. I did the trick with a paperclip and put it in the green and black 24 pin power suply and plugged it in and the psu fan did not turn on
