is compatible a nvidia quadro k4200 with a mother board asus Z97-PRO(Wi-Fi ac)

Solution
Yes. The k4200 is pcie 2.0. It will work. Just make sure you have a strong enough power supply and it actually suits your needs; good for long video editing/rendering etc but not for gaming. If you know exactly what you're going to use it for then I'm preaching to the choir. Have fun!

It has been noted that this gpu has a tdp of 108W. Typically cards with this draw for a typical work station would need at least a 500W PSU but I would recommend 550 or 600W, or more if you have more than one card or plan on having more than one obviously.

Try using this but it is only a tool, a guide; always factor in any "extras" like overclocking, numerous hard drives (raid, jbod, etc.).

(it can be a bit confusing to navigate at first but it's really simple, just scroll down towards the bottom and select the lite "free" version)
