This is my build that I want to make : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/d2jhBm my monitor for now is LG FLATRON W1946 A 18.5 INCH 1366*768 MONITOR. Will it be harmful for my pc because the gpu is really strong for a 1366*768 MONITOR ... I will be playing some recent games .. AC UNITY,FIFA 15,AW,GTA V etc. (I will upgrade the monitor in future )

That build is WAY overkill for that resolution. For 768p, something like this will work:

I could have gone with the GTX 750 Ti or R7-260X with this one, but AC Unity requires a GTX 680 or faster video, so I threw in the R9-280X. It's a much cheaper build, anyway.

Or you can add a 1080p monitor which is currently on sale for cheap.

Nop, not unless there was something wrong with he monitor already. I have a 980 and i had to do some Trouble shooting with a 720 monitor... I have never heard of any GFX card hurting a monitor.
