I have already ordered a 650W Aurum S 80 plus gold PSU and want to buy a Sapphire tri x OC 290 will it be able to power?

Yeah that's fine. My Corsair CX 600W 80 plus bronze can run my rig with no problems, which is very similar to yours.
One thing I would recommend is have your CPU overclocked, because it might bottleneck the R9 290 a bit.

AMD FX-8320 8-Core Black Edition
2TB HDD
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
Samsung 840 EVO
3 120mm fans, 1 140mm fan
ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 AM3

Sorry first time build and I dont want to have any problems
