Processor: AMD FX 6300 (Black Edition)
GPU: Sapphire AMD R9 280X (3GB DDR5)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (Dual Channel)
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X
Case Fans: Cooler Master SickleFlow X(4 fans)
Storage: 1TB Seagate HDD + 128GB Transcend SATA 6 SSD
PSU: Corsair VS650
Case Cooler Master N200 Advanced

Solution
It would be playable, though you'll likely get drops on performance in CPU intensive games, lag spikes or occasional freezes.
5/10

The motherboard is pretty bad, and the power supply is mediocre quality at best. The rest is okay, and should offer a lot of performance for the price. An Intel build would probably have offered a little more gaming performance though.

Processor: Weak for that GPU, you're really looking for an 8350 to stop any bottleneck
GPU: Good
RAM: Good
Motherboard: I'd go for a newer chipset if I were you, either 970 or 990FX, look at the M5A97 R2.0 by Asus
CPU Cooler: Good for some overclocking, but faces downwards with AMD CPUs
Case Fans: Not the quietest of fans, not really necessary either
Storage: Good, though a Western Digital/Hitachi HDD with a Crucial or Samsung SSD would be more reliable
PSU: Mediocre quality, you should look into units made by Antec, XFX, Seasonic, EVGA and the Cooler Master V series instead
Case: Not terrible, though I'd personally recommend the Raijintek Arcadia Mid Tower

There's my opinion, take it or leave it :)

Thanks for your opinion
Though, my problem was that i already had the case and psu, and there were not any micro-atx motherboards which were available in india,
Though i would definetly upgrade the psu and buy a Seasonic one.
all comments appreciated.

It may struggle with ultra on some titles, though high settings will do fine. Although the FX 6300 will struggle in some newer games.
