Do u think it makes sense to get a pci wireless card that has both 802.11ac and bluetooth 4? Or is it better to get just a wireless card for only 802.11ac then a bluetooth usb dongle considering bluetooth technology keeps changing?

Is there a reason you're going with ac? It's not compatible with most current hardware out there, so you will need to get an ac router and also new ac NICs for all your other devices in the house. I can't answer about the combo bluetooth/ac card, I typically avoid the combo solutions especially since they're both fairly new.
