I'm trying to install Yosemite on my PC through Unibeast. I installed it to a 220GB SSD which is now dual booting Windows 8.1. The initial set up went fine (although the keyboard still didn't work), but now it's installed I need to run the set up before I can actually start using it. It's just the keyboard though; the mouse works perfectly and the keyboard works fine in windows and when booting, just not with Yosemite.

Here are my specs

CPU Intel i7 4790K (Devils Canyon)
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z97X G1
RAM Corsair Vengance 16GB DDR3
Graphics Card Asus GeForce GTX 770
PSU EVGA NEX650G
HDD Western Digital Caviar Green 3TB
SSD Intel 530 Series 240GB
Case Corsair 200R Carbide

All I need to run at the moment is the 'maxmem=8192' bootflag, and then everything runs fine. Let me know if you need anymore details, any help would be hugely appreciated - thanks in advance!

Thanks for your reply. Turns out I was being an idiot and using a keyboard not compatible for mac. I realised it worked fine when I plugged my old dell keyboard in!
