Gaming mouse problem.

My brand new Deathadder 2013 arrived and there's a problem.The scroll wheel makes a horrible noise up i scroll up? Is this a feature or a defect?If its a mouse feature kinda gutted.Anyone?

"Feature" might be a pretty name for a defect? Windows used to be full of them and MS called them "features" lol. I'd still rma it. If it was a feature why would it make noise only in one direction? Sounds abnormal to me.
