I really want to buy dragon age inquisition but its a whooping £49.99 and that is a lot, i noticed i can buy it on g2a for £30.00 which is a much better deal, is the website for real or is it a scam?

Yeah If you buy a steam key which looks like this: ARMA3-RU-STEAM-KEY
Then dont be surprised that the game is russian, since you bought a russian code. I've bought around ~20 games from G2A (also my friends bought mostly the same games) and never recieved a game in russian,chinese and so on.

I think you are another loser talking out of your ass and you have no actual idea why they have the shield. The shield actually makes them a very trustworthy site.

Hello. Think before you work with the system G2A as seller. After 2500 Sales (1300 positive comments about my product) my account was blocked. For the fact that I have added one not corrected the product (loaded keys, which unfortunately turned out to be not working), after 2 sales (one I had to make a refund) my account was blocked. Yes, 2 sales are not correct keys, even though 1,300 of my positive feedback. After that, I do not give to withdraw ~600 euros from my account (the total amount of the turnover amounted to more than 1000 euro) . I wrote about 10 letters in support of those - I can not unlock your account, do not say the reason - simply refused to unlock. My earnings are not allowed to withdraw from the system. I give their data - up to ID, many screenshots, but nothing happens.


I think just found a reason not to pay me my 600 euros. Сommunicate with me no one wants to say that the decision is not changed. If you are interested - I can provide additional screenshots from my account.

After my account is blocked and i can't withdraw money, g2a still selling my keys:

And pray everything goes right, because if it doesn't you are screwed. They have the worst support I have ever seen! I have been trying for over 3weeks to get things done, but they give me the same questions and answers over and over again. My advice: wait for steamsales, 100% and cheaper than g2a.

G2a are a vehicle for game key scammers. I was mis sold a key to Dragon Age: Origins as a key to Dragon Age: Inquisition and they absolutely would not help me at all. They are a bunch of theives, don't touch them with a barge pole.

I bought bf4 from them in May and the key turned out used, I paid for the g2a shield and contacted the resolution centre straight away, and let me skip the finer details and just tell you, for each message I sent them it took over 2 weeks to respond, at the end I just requested a refund with paypal, g2a did not respond to any communications during the refund process and paypal ruled the case in my favor at the end, but it wasn't over yet, weeks later I received an email from g2a, asking for evidence to support my claim, after the case was already resolved!

I have bought over 20 games from g2a, i have never experienced any problems, i have saved a lot of money and i would thoroughly recommend it - <redacted>

Then you are very lucky. Looking at circumstances where there are problems with game keys, it's quite clear that G2A customer support is a sham. Liberally sprinkling the G2A page with reassurances that everything is "100% guaranteed" is a sick joke and a lie. It takes ten minutes research on the internet to reveal dozens of cases of people sold used or fake game keys whos account access mysteriously stops working and no help whatsoever from G2A.

I've never had an issue yet. It is possible these people bought from less reputable sources. They have a rating system much like ebay. I've found the customer service good so far. Never had to do a refund yet. I spose it's possible they'd put up a bit of a fight as all companies do l. The fist option is to contact the seller so that's one other way. I use the shielded credit card so I can always call the bank and I can always cintact g2a if need be. I can say steam and irigin sales dont come close to g2a prices at the right times i got mortal kombat x for $17 and Battlefield harline $31. Just out of curiosity where is every one from that had issues?

Companies here in the UK are bound by the distance selling regulations and never 'put up a fight'. When something as obviously fraudulent as the transaction that I got involved in happens, I would expect immediate and polite apologetic compliance not the endless evasive bulI was subjected to. I researched G2A and discovered that they are a storefront for criminals who have purchased game keys with stolen credit cards. I will never do business with them again, I urge you not to.

I only buy old game and cheap game there. It's ok you can get Unreal 3 for some buck if thing happens ok ok we know the risk for some buck game. g2a is a market for game code, ebay dont want you to sell code there....so buying from g2a just like ebay but g2a's policy is not good yet that all. They charge for shield by month wtf ? becareful with that I 've been charge...that hurt :D
For new game I'll try to get promo code from some one don't use it's alot cheaper and safe. Got 2 MGSV for 9$ each :D from a guy who buy 40 GTX960 :D damm Iam so lucky got that.

I've bought around 4 or 5 games from g2a. Not once did I get the g2a shield and not once have I had any sort of issues. Its also not hard to distinguish what games are in what language it says right on the site if each game is in english or some other language. Keep in mind I also have never bought from a seller on the site. I've only bought my games straight from g2a.
