Good budget build upgrade? Are parts compatible?

Here's what i currently have:
GPU: Geforce GT 610 :(
CPU: AMD fx-4300 quad-core
RAM: 8GB
PSU: Allieo ATX 300W switching power supply Model: SL-8320BTX
OS: Windows 8.1
Motherboard: GA-78LMT-USB3
Case: I can't tell exact model, but it has the iBuypower logo on it with an clear glass x on one side with red fans, pictures attached
Approximate measurements of case: 17'' by 17''

Heres what I'm looking at upgrading to:
GPU: AMD R9 270X or GTX 750 ti (Probably the R9, opinions are welcome!)
CPU: Same, I would like to stay if possible as long as it won't bottleneck
RAM: Same
PSU: For AMD I'll need to upgrade, any specific models are welcome. I might want to overclock my CPU or GPU someday, but not much.
OS: Same
Case: Same

So basicly, Is this a good build? will it bottleneck? What GPU is best for me? What is a good PSU for me? Thank you so much for any advice!

270X all the way, update the PSU and you may buy an aftermarket cooler for the CPU, but i dont think that this motheboard will handle any CPU overclock. You may want to overclock the GPU somewhen, but not by much. Also simply get a 270X instead of the 750Ti (check some benchmarks), if you want to overclock - update MOBA to M5A97 R2.0 (with usb.3.0) and another PSU. Probably something from XFX.

Thank you! Any specific power supply, sorry I really am new to this stuff!
Also, what is an aftermarket cooler?

Well, first of all, welcome. Two years ago i was just like you. You will have a lot of fun while doing that stuff and trying to do your best to help people. (in the near future)

Second : Aftermarket cooler : A new cooler that you buy to replace/change the stock cooler. The aftermarket coolers are almost always better than the stock coolers and there are different types of them : air coolers ( like all the stock coolers right now) and water coolers. The air coolers are simply fans with heat sink and the water coolers are those things with the cables, the big radiators you mount on the case and etc. Good examples for air aftermarket coolers are : Cooler Master Hyper Evo 212, almost all Noctua and Phantek coolers and more. Good examples for water coolers are : Corsair H60,80i,100i, Cooler Master: Seidon 120M and more more more.
The aftermarket coolers are often bought, because people want to overclock they processors and thats not really always possible with the stocks, because even without overclock they run hot anyway, so... and usually because they dont like how noisy the stock coolers are.

Third: Well you should take a look in Tomshardware PSU Tier List : Tier List and you can choose which one is the best for you and for your needs. I would recommend getting something from Tier One - Tier B, because any lower is not that good anymore.

My recommendation is to take a look there, compare the prices and choose the best one ( you can always ask me if you want to know something ) but if you want my opinion then i would go for one of those :

EVGA SuperNova NEX 650W Gold
XFX 850 80+ BRONZE ( overkill )
Seasonic 620W 80+ Bronze ( Tier One unit )

If you need to know something more, just PM me or write down here.

Sorry, one last thing! Are all these parts going to fit in this azza-armor case?
