Yes it will work. But you should really think about upgrading your mainboard to something beefier! A fx990 would be better suited for you power hungry parts.

I definitely agree with the consensus on not purchasing a Biostar motherboard. I'd also consider purchasing a better case like a Corsair 200R or NZXT Source 210. I also see no optical drive listed.
