Okay so i bought arma combined operations and tested it in single player and it was fine 34+ fps . Then i runned dayz trough dayz commander and my fps was 13-20.Then i googled it and changed the CFG file too parametres to "1". And i did the launcher parametre thing too. I decided to try it first in single player and my fps was like 45-55 But then i logged back to dayz but no chances to fps... I have tryed different servers too.I can run Dayz standalone fine 40-55 fps in big citys too ! I could play wasteland in some sort of desert map.

Specs:
Video Card AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series
CPU:Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz
RAM: 2 GB
I know not really great. But they should meet minimum rec.

Solution
ArmA 2 is very system hungry, I have a AMD-FX8350 along with an MSI 970 GPU and I sometimes struggle to get good FPS. Your single player FPS will always be higher because it doesn't have as much to process in comparison to multiplayer. I'd suggest looking at guides to better improve your performance http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/90153-optimizing-dayz-for-those-with-low-end-pcs/ http://www.dayzrp.com/t-dayz-fps-optimization http://www.dayzpvp.com/ultimate-dayz-graphics-settings-and-tweaks-guide/

Um.I played in another wasteland server map was something named zabarok i could play almost 60 fps in wilderness. But when going to city (even little closer to city) Fps dropped max 25 And big citys 10-15 :/ Any help ? I really want to play this game !

Little edit: Why can i run dayz standalone well ? It seems to need more power of your computer ...

It's probably down to your system. When you get to big cities, your system has to process all the buildings, textures, loot, AI, shadows...the list goes on and it can have a major performance impact on your system. I'd suggest getting a better system, after all you do have bare minimum spec.

You can improve your performance by overclocking your GPU http://lifehacker.com/how-to-overclock-your-video-card-and-boost-your-gaming-30799346 http://www.pcgamer.com/how-to-overclock-your-graphics-card/ However ArmA 2 runs off the CPU quite a lot if I remember correctly and overclocking your CPU is a much more longer/harder procedure. (If you do decide to overclock your GPU, take care or else you could break it).

When playing the game, make sure you have all your programs closed down so you can get max performance. Go to Start > type "system configuration" then click enter > go to the startup tab then untick all the programs you don't use, click apply then restart your system. You can also perform a disk defragment or physically clean your PC, but do take care. That's all I've got, ArmA2/DayZ is a system hungry game

:/ I really hoped i can run this game. But i think i may got problem with my system. I feel it is kinda unbalanced. Like after i quit some game like a league of legends match ends And i go watch youtube videos and firefox maybe suddenly say's "not responding" Or when i browse stuff from my computer like if i am in some folder it may say "not responding" for couple seconds,You got any tips for trying to get computer more balanced. Is it malware or something ? Maybe its reason why i cant run arma 2 ? Oh and one thing more. When i start my computer and go right after startup to play some game example a league of legends my fps maybe something around 60 and sometimes i get even some fps drops. But when my computer have been longer time on game runs better without fps drops . Its like i have to wait until my computer heats up ? Is it normal. And i really
appreciate your help THANKS
