Occasional BSOD From irql_not_less_or_equal" error How can I resolve?

For starters, this is a brand new installation of Windows 8.1 Pro. NOT AN UPGRADE!!

Occasionally I will get a BSOD resulting from an irql_not_less_or_equal error. I am not sure how to go about solving this issue. Below I have attached a link to the .dmp file on my pc to help make better sense of my situation. Latest error is 120414-11875-01

The dmp file you posted is over a gigabyte, so I can't download it. However, I had a similar problem recently with my desktop, and there are two possibilities - a bad driver, or a failing stick of memory. Make sure that all of your motherboard and graphics drivers are up to date. If that doesn't fix it, run memtest and see if your RAM is defective.

All drivers are up to date, Ill get memtest running and get back to you with the results

Well it seems you were right, Memtest ran and returned more than 50 errors. Looks like Ill be making a warranty claim to Corsair.... little disappointed since these dims are less than a year old : / ANYWAY THANK YOU!! hopefully getting some new dims will fix tthis
