ThinkPad T440p 2nd hard drive caddy not showing any hard drive in windows 8.1 pro. The hard drive caddy has an LED so that i know it is on and also I can hear when the hard drive is spinning up, once windows has booted up the hard drive stops spinning and the led goes out, which makes me wonder if it is a problem with windows as it is always active throughout bios. If I reboot windows it will recognise the disk and the harddrive will keep on spinning, but from cold startup the disk will not be recognised and will not come on.
