You don't.
1. Generally, the SSD cache concept is limited to 64GB of the SSD.
2. A 240GB SSD will hold your OS and all your applications
3. The SSD as cache concept was an interim thought, to get people used to buying expensive SSD space. That is no longer a concern.
4. RAID 0 + SSD is only beneficial in very limited use cases. If you don't know you need it, you don't need it.
