This is my first time posting so sorry if this is in the wrong place.
Well I bought this CyberPower PC a little over a year ago http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=N82E16883229361 (big mistake) with the intention of upgrading. At the time I had hardly any knowledge of computers but now I have a bit more knowledge to do so and starting to play more games on the PC rather than a console.
The specs of that PC are.
CPU:AMD fx-8120 (was listed as 8350 when purchased, got screwed there)
MOBO:MSI 760GMA-P34(fx) (microATX?)
GPU:AMD Radeon HD 6670
PSU:700w (it says XtremeGear?)
Memory:8GB 1333 ram
HDD: 1TB
(I had a Corsair h80i installed afterwards)
Case:Azza EOS 204 Gaming Case (mid tower)

This is what I'm planning on upgrading to. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mqhmmG
CPU: i5-4960k
MOBO:asus Z97-A
GPU:EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2Gb Superclocked ACX

My main questions are what do I need to do to switch over without buying another OS or HDD? Do I need new RAM? Should I buy a new PSU(was thinking about Corsair CX750M)?
Can I use the same case or do I need to buy a full tower? I'm trying to switch over without spending A TON of money but at the same time I don't want to take a hit on quality.
