Cheap fan controller w/ 4 pin connector?

If your only issue with the aforementioned product is the molex connector you can buy one of these.

The 4th pin is to control the speed, you don't need it as the fan controller purpose is to make the voltage applied vary to change the speed.
You can let it not connected.

Please just make sure I chose the right connector that will work with your setup but I think female molex to male 3-pins should work.
