I built this computer back in December 2012 to play Assassin's Creed III. With the release of Unity and the new game engine, my computer can no longer meet recommended requirements to play the game and I'm looking to sell it. I am looking to sell my tower only, and have a potential buyer, but I have no clue what it's worth. Here is my build.

~LOGISYS Computer CS888CL Transparent Clear Acrylic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case Pre-Assembled
~Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus - 600W Power Supply
~GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
~AMD FX-4170 Zambezi Quad-Core 4.2GHz (4.3GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W Desktop Processor
~Patriot Viper 3 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 15000)
~HIS H775QNT1G2M Radeon HD 7750 1GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
~Mushkin Enhanced Catalyst MKNSSDCT50GB 2.5" 50GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive
~Seagate Barracuda ST500DM002 500GB 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive
~LITE-ON Black SATA DVD-ROM Drive Model iHDS118-04

I asked if he would use my SSD and HDD and he said no, he would reuse his current ones. My hard drives excluded, what would be a fair price for my computer? Thanks.

Solution
Less than you think or hope.

Find your important parts in used condition on ebay.
Then filter on completed auctions,
In green you will see what the part actually sold for.
