Which is the better APU and how much performance can I get out of it on games like ARMA 3, Planetside 2, Battlefield 4, and Watch Dogs with a GTX 750 TI SC and 6GBs of 1600mhz RAM.

Why do you need and APU if you wanna run it with a dedicated GPU?
Go with the Athlon X4 750K and overclock it.
You will save a lot of money in the long run.
