Is it possible to crossfire two Sapphire R9 280x Dual X in an Asus m5a78l-m Motherboard or should I need to get a bigger motherboard? besides that, I already have one Dual X, is it worth it to buy a second one to crossfire them?

Thanks

Not possible with your current motherboard as it only has one PCI-Ex16 slot. You're going to need to find a motherboard that has at least two PCI-Ex16 slots, states that it supports Crossfire, and matches the form-factor of your case. Of course, you'll also need a power supply sufficient to power the two cards.
