Yes.. the system automatically searched for the driver and updated it .. and even i searched for the driver and updated it..

i doubt it is a virus if it's a fresh windows install.
i'm not sure why this would happen to a fresh install. a quick google search turned up a lot of driver issues with this laptop. perhaps tracking down an older driver version would help. this happens at times when new universal driver somehow jacks up the piece for your specific part. an older version might not have the new addition that is messing with it.
that's the best i can offer right now as i have no experience with this laptop myself.
