Is this a good amd build

Looking to build a new system off the 8350 only not intel this isn't just for gaming it also is for security work that I do. I know the ram is a bit expensive but I really like cl9 memory and I mostly wanted it for the looks. The things I won't budge on are the processor,memory,storage,case. Also the video card needs to stay in the AMD family the more power the better for the video card, cuda cripples what I do.
