I have Corsair Dominator currently - 2x2, 1600MHz, 9-9-9-24 at 1.65V
I will buy Corsair Vengeance - 1x4, 1600Mhz, 9-9-9-24 at 1.5V
Will there be any issues with the different Voltage?

Thanks.

Solution
+1 on mixing voltages being a bad idea. Ddr3 at 1333 and 1600 shouldn't have any reason to be above 1.5v (standard) unless they used lower quality chips and pushing the power up on 1333's to make them perform like ddr3 1600.

if you use them together then I think you may have issue's , might not be a good idea .
It is recommended that when you use ram sticks , that they are the same . If you got dual channel support on your
motherboard , get a dual channel memory kit, if you got triple channel support, use only a triple channel kit. if not and
you go with single dimm's make sure they are the same voltage and timings . I think that if you use them together
the bios is going to chose the lower voltage for all sticks and that is where you may have issues
