Any GeForce GTX 970 card should work. It's just that the PSU is of questionable quality.

you won´t need 700W
typical single vga card system:

Yes. The ASUS Strix GTX 970 requires one 8-pin PCI-Express power connector. The Rosewill Stallion Series RD700 has a (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector.
