Hello,
I'm having this issue with the CPU of my HP desktop computer. When i power it on, it makes a loud noise (that sounds like the fan) and then goes off almost immediately. Then it would power on again by itself and then again go off by itself and the cycle keeps repeating. Seldomly, it would boot and start up normally and go off again abruptly. I believe its a hardware problem but i'm not sure how to fix this.
How i do troubleshoot? Thanks
