100°C CPU temperature !! HELP

Is this temperature gonna hurt my PC?
Im actually trying to use the auto overclocking V6 or something like that to help boost up my CPU so that i can play Sims 3 like smoother~but it seems like its the same? havent actually try it out~ but this temperature is horrible~im scare !!

I wonder if my spec can run sims 3 smoothly??

100c is not good , disable overclocking . You need a high end cpu cooler for overclocking, if your using a stock cooler your going to kill your cpu.
Also if you want to get better performance for gaming then overclocking a cpu will not be as effective as getting a video card.

Ah that's better. Yes 100c will kill your cpu fairly quickly. I haf a similar spec to you until last year, good in its day (9 years ago) but can't really cut it now. I tried upgrading bit, but in the end it was pointless. You could try a better gpu, like gtx 750 but your cpu will hold you back
