PSU and CPU upgrades

I currently have an FX-6300 with an R9 280x, and a 700 psu, I'm thinking in upgrading to an 8350, but I am unsure if a 700 psu would be sufficient, I would also like to know good cooling solutions as I have a stock heat sink, or are there better alternatives to the 8350?

Yeah 700w is ample. Make sure the psu is good quality though and has enough amperage to power the card (Which it most likely will have)

No need to upgrade PSU, why not divert that PSU money to the CPU upgrade instead? new motherboard and i5 4690k?

Instead of the 8350, get the 8320. The 8350 is essentially a pre-overclocked 8320, & doesn't provide a whole lot of speed boost over it. Plus, while you can still overclock the 8350, you can also overclock the 8320 to nearly match it in performance. And it saves you a little money.

Anyways, I think ill get the 8350, I don't plan to overclock, but I am thinking in getting a new cooling solution, what would be best?
