I can't update my BIOS!

I have a GA-78LMT-USB3 rev 4.1 and I want to flash my BIOS to the newest version, but when I do it with Q-Flash it says BIOS file size incorrect, when I update through internet using @BIOS it says wrong BIOS file and when I update from a file using @BIOS it wants a '.bin' file.

Yep, that is exactly what you need, the .bin file. You should do more research and understand exactly what you are doing before attempting a BIOS update. If you mess it up, you could end up with a dead motherboard that cannot be fixed! Be careful and make sure you know what you are doing!
