I am looking for a solution that would allow a user to use an application from the desktop that would provide them a quick and easy way to change the print queue printer port to point to a different printer and keep it there until they change it to something else.
Is there a user application that would allow changing the print port to point to another printer?

Installing multiple printers and going through the "Devices and Printers" on the start menu and using "set as default" on a specific printer not easy enough?
You could create PowerShell scripts that could live on the desktop to toggle the default printer.
