My computer was blue screening with the issue of memory management so I assumed it was a RAM issue. I look at solutions and removed one stick of RAM at a time.
When I removed the first one, the computer ran for 2 minutes before it blue screened with the same issue. I then removed the second one.
After removing the second one the computer was unable to use he monitor to display or start up correctly. I put the sticks back into their original locations and the issue persists where the computer will begin to start up but it will restart. I have tried connecting the VGA to the monitor to all 3 different ports but none of them work. The temperature of the motherboard is room temp which is warm-ish. The computer beeps twice while starting up and then after two minutes it will restart and boot up again. Please help me :(

I don't have specs on the graphics card and motherboard because I don't have the receipts in front of me. Sorry :(

I have also tried to let it restart itself several times. After 20 reboots nothing had changed so it is off right now.

Solution
So more than likely a SB or IB mobo, try with one stick in slot 1 - closest to CPU and set the dram to 1333 9-9-9-27, then set the DRAM voltage to 1.56 (or as close as it allows to that or the next highest availaable (1.6 maybe), save, exit, shutdown then add the 2 nd stick in slot 3 from the CPU and give it a try
