Two different graphics cards can't coexist in the same PC for graphics processing at the same time, unless you're doing a SLI/Crossfire setup which requires some conditions to work properly.

For playing at medium to high settings you will need to do a CPU, GPU and RAM upgrade. I don't know how much RAM do you have right now, but 2x4GB is the minimum recommended, you will need a i5-4460 at least and a R9 270.

Don't waste your time trying Dual Graphics mode. Even with the supported cards, it usually results in a worst gaming experience.

The A8-5600K CPU part is good, pair it with a R7 250X, R7 260 or 260X and you will be great.

Take in consideration that Watch Dogs is a not well optimized game, so don't expect 1080p high settings. Using a R7 260X, your hardware will allow up to 1080p low settings in the best case with a well optimized game, i don't know how it will perform with watch dogs.
