Hi, I am using MB GA-P55A-UD3 rev 2.0. My old memory broke down so I've tried to replace it with new one: Kingston HX318C10FBK2/8.
BIOS detected this RAM and gave it 1333Mhz, as intended. However timings seem to be wrong, but I dont know how to set them properly. I've tried to set as datasheet says ( http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/HX318C10FBK2_16.pdf )
CAS to 8
tRCD to 9
tRP to 8
tRAS to 25 (although I am not sure about this one).
I've also tried to use BIOS optimized defaults but this doesnt work either.

The problem is that I always get BSOD "Page fault in nonpaged area" whatever I do.
I am using Win8.1 Pro x64

So how do I fix this?
Thanks

Yes, you will find at times w/ the PnP DRAM (Fury) you might set the base timings manually and correctly but also have to go into voltages (may require a little extra to DRAM and MC) and even into the secondary or tertiary timings on these sticks

I've played with timings quite a bit but after few hours of trying various configurations I've given up, returned the memory and bought a different one which is exactly at 1333Mhz and just works.
However I would like to know why the memory must be compatible with certain chipset, I always thought that only voltage and frequency must be supported by the both MB and memory and other stuff could be set via BIOS.
