Hello! I recently bought a Sapphire R7 265 and I noticed some white horizontal lines, but these only occur when I'm in a game, not on desktop. I already enabled V-sync and triple buffering, but these didn't help. I had no problems with my previous video card. I don't know if it's important. but my card only supports DVI/HDMI, so I used the DVI to HDMI converter that was in the GPU-s box.

Okay, It seems like my problem is the DVI to Dsub converter. Newer cards sometimes suck at using DVI to VGA and it causes these wavy lines. I found a video of a screen, that looks just like mine problem. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VFN5gy2BY_w
