What PSU should I get? Need to order one in the next hour!

The PSU that is listed hasn't been purchased, I forgot it. I did receive all the other parts. Is this a good PSU for my build? I'm new to all this, first build, etc.

However, no idea if it's a good brand or if it'll have enough juice to power all the components in the PC? I want something around that price range $70 or under, gold, was hoping for a 650.

Any ideas on what I should get? I'd like that could power a more powerful CPU down the line so I could overclock. This is driving me nuts trying to find one. I'm trying to fine parts now to minimize the need of upgrading everything later.

I compared two brands:
EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (after rebates it comes to $79.99)
vs.
Rosewill 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (after rebated it comes to $62.99)

If that Rosewill is good, which I believe is a good brand, I'd like to get that one, what do you think? On the Eggxpert Tiered Power Supply List it says the Rosewill Capstone (450, 750) are Tier 2.
