Question About Gaming Computer Please Help

I have two similar builds for my first gaming computer:

Please tell me which one you think is better and only give me a new build if it is just an upgrade to one of these. Thanks to anyone who answers!

The second one. Windows 8 is a faster OS and has a chance to upgrade to Win 10 for free. If you want the start menu back, there's software for that (classic shell). The Source 210 is a much better case since it has decent cable management. I have the 210 and I love it for what it cost me. My only gripe is no sidepanel window, but I'll probably do a case mod later on to add one.

I would swap out the PSU for something more reliable, try a XFX 550W.
