I'm trying to build a gaming pc for games like dayz,rust,cs go and maybe Titanfall and bf4 my budget is 800 dollars And this is my first time ever trying to build a PC. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I would stay away from AMD builds, especially when you can afford an i5. Intel CPUs have much better core performance than their AMD counterparts. The only place where AMD performs better is in rendering, in which more cores are better. Also, the GPU in that build is much more inferior.

And I pick the top one but what kind of fps would I get when running bf4 on high?

You should actually get around 60 FPS on High/Ultra in BF4 with by ~860$ build.
