couldn't really find specific topics similar to mine, though I have a feeling that its because its a partial upgrade that is what's wrong

I have an Alienware Auroa R4 ALX, i7 4820k, BIOS A10

the computer originally came with 16gb 1600 MHz ram (4x4gb), just a bit ago I installed (2x8gb) 1600MHz ram cards
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231568
so I have a total of 24gb ram for now, but the ram speeds for the new cards are at 1333MHz and I can't seem to find how to get them to set them to 1600MHz
from what CPU-Z is telling me, the original 2 4gb ram cards are still being read at 1600MHz, but 1333MHz for the G.Skill ones
also if bios is saying ram is running at 1333MHz, but CPU-Z is saying that 2 of the ram cards are 1600MHz, which speed is actually being run for those 2 cards

no xmp option, from what i read might be because of me not having the same ram in every slot
my motherboard only has 4 ram slots, i left the 2 4gb ram cards on the left of the processor alone and replaced the 2 4gb ones on the right of the processor with the 8gb (though CPU-Z is saying that slot 1&3 is the 4gb and slot 2&4 is 8gb)

i don't really see any option to manually set the speed on this alienware bios, though it seems i can do timings and voltages

edit: so i guess i'm stuck on auto mode's 1333MHz until i buy 2 more of the same g.skill ram cards which i think will allow the XMP option (cause then every single card would be the same) to enable 1600MHz that way
