R9 280 is a GPU, it's NOT going to be on a compatibility list. As long as the board has a PCIe x16 slot (which it does) you'll be able to use the GPU.

As for the RAM, it should be compatible regardless if it on a list or not. Mobo manufacturers can't test all the different RAM from all the manufacturers. I'm sure one of the reasons a particular RAM appears on a compatibility list is because either the RAM manufacturer sent test modules to the mobo manufacturer or the RAM manufacturer paid off the mobo manufacturer.
