Hello my Ethernet cable suddenly stopped working

My ethernet cable suddenly stopped working and then i uninstalled my network adapter from network and sharing settings. when i open device manager and access network adapters i can only see something called microsoft kernel debug network adapter. MY pc isnt recognising my ethernet cable :/

I have no idea tbh it was recommended on some forum. My pc is a HP 110-005a-b desktop. It has an Intel Celeron CPU G1610t

Yes im aware but HP doesnt seem to recognise my pc even though it's hp.
