Approximate Purchase Date: few days to a week

Budget Range: about where i am at already $700 not counting the case. ($80 - $100 set aside for the the case really hoping to spend less but at the same time i want to reuse it so quality does matter)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: school work - gaming (single player) - programing - TV watching

Are you buying a monitor: using my television (i figure if it's good enough for the consoles that i have had it should be good for a computer... hopefully might buy a monitor later down the road if i find it not to be).

Do you need to buy OS: yes in the list of parts i have
Please note that if you're using an OEM license of Windows, you will need a new one when buying a new motherboard.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: amazon (have spare credit from them that i need to use), newegg, TigerDirect.

Location: USA, Vermont

Parts Preferences: none, but i already had the intel cpu so i can't change that.

Overclocking: once the cpu starts falling behind then yes

SLI or Crossfire: once the GPU is falling behind then yes.

Your Monitor Resolution: no clue to be honest

Additional Comments: haven't decided on case yet so i am open to suggestions.

CPU: CPU i7-3770k lga 1155

Motherboard: not sure on which one, if you think the 4th is better than the 3rd then i will go with the 4th for the extra cost

I'd buy the normal 280, I can't imagine that behemoth needing an OC. With the motherboard you should just go with the 3 since its cheaper and the differences seem to be pretty minimal.
