Internet speeds fine, but can't access multiple important websites!

So I just installed windows 7 OS into my Z: drive which is a ssd, and now loading some websites are slow or don't even load up at all! Using both Google Chrome and Firefox.

Websites:
google search
Twitch TV
Reddit(at times)
Imgur(loading other images on any other site is fine)

My ISP is Time Warner Cable, here are the speeds i'm getting:

Hi

How did you get windows to install on a Z: drive letter ?
is there more than windows installation on this PC?
(Normally the booted Windows drive is C

Have you installed the motherboard chipset drivers etc ?
(on the motherboard driver disk or website)

Have you installed SP1 and all the other updates ?

Was everything OK previously ?

Have you re started the internet router ?
Did you go on the internet before installing Anti Virus Software ?
(if so run a full AV & malware scan)

Do other PCs, laptops, smart phones or tablets on the same internet router have similar problems
(trying to isolate problem to your PC or internet connection generally)

I made a drive for my ssd being Z: drive while my other ssd worked. C: drive ssd died out, so I removed it and placed Windows 7 OS on Z: drive SSD. I installed all updates. Previously everything was okay, I noticed imgur is run by comcast. All drivers installed for motherboard. Installed anti-virus (Microsoft Security Essentials and MalwareBytes), and Restarted my modem. My phone seems to load slow using imgur and reddit, but google search is fine.
