Is my CPU temp ok ?

Hi, I am new to CPU temperatures
I just want to make sure my core i7 4790k4.0Ghz (with turbo mode turn off ) is safe
I got 35-37c idle or open small applications ( my room temp is about 28-32c )
While gaming (tomb raider 2013, DMC 5, etc ) I got 57-63c and rarely it went to 69 for a second and drop down . and while playing old games such as Dota 2 I got 49-53c
I game 4-5 hours a day,
sorry for my poor English.

thanks :D it's a bit hard to live in such a warm country lol, the temp drops a bit after my room is cooled with AC :D

You've recently posted other threads regarding your temperatures. Myself and others have commented, but it seems like you're still concerned. Is there something specific you need to hear from the community so that you're OK with your temperatures?
