ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Need to have better than stock cooling a card that will last more than 4 years on ultra-high games unlike the HD5850

Israel - 1PC should have 970s. Maybe ZigZag, Wellcom. See http://www.tomshardware.de/nvidia-geforce-gtx-970-gtx-980-roundup-vergleichstest,testberichte-241658-18.html

You might have to go with a R9 290 or R9 290X or GTX780 or GTX780Ti depending on budget. Your Seasonic power supply should run all of them. As long as the card fits in your case.

Can you buy outside of Israel?

Your mobo - http://www.gigabyte.com.au/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3449#sp - has dual channel ram. You shouldn't have 10gb ram in it. Try 2 x 4gb.

Your CPU is a tier 3 per http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-5.html. It should run a 970 OK. But you should think about upgrading to a current i7 with a new mobo.
