Random BSOD errors, and I can't determine the cause. Help, please!

I thought I fixed this... Anyway, around a month ago, roughly the 24th of October, my PC randomly came up with a BSOD saying WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. The strange thing with this though is that being Windows 8.1, it would normally collect data to 100%, and then restart the PC. This error collects data to 100% but WILL NOT go any further; it will just freeze, until I am forced to turn it off manually. I've also done a complete wipe and re-installed Windows, but the error is still occurring, usually quicker whilst gaming, and then when I reboot after the error, it will occur much faster, maybe one minute after I log in. I finally went to check for loose components in the desktop, and found the PSU and heatsink cables were loose, but after correcting the error still occurs. I am stuck, and really need help, please! I am running out of options...

Solution
it can be a hardware failure or bad hardware driver or bad windows update patch
-check if you do not have an overtemp of your cpu
-check in the bios if everything is well detected and good voltage
-did you applied somes windows update patch ( some patch can do a bsod )
-check if everything is well connected
-last resort is to reseating the cpu
