What I wanna know is how long my PC can be used ?
Maybe 1-2 years ?

And for now, can my PC run current modern games with max/ultra settings, such as : Watch Dogs, Assassin's Creed Unity, Far Cry 4, GTA V and other heavy games ?

Thanks..

the the trend of the last 8 years or so is repeated that build will serve you for the next 4 years before the gpu becomes minimum spec for games.
as for running on ultra. most games will max out for the next 18 months to 2 years after that. you will be looking at medium for maybe a year, year and a half. then minimum after that.
my 5870 for instance is now minimum spec for a lot of games. its now over 4 years old.
